With over 25 years in professional sales and management, Charlie has mastered his skills in communication, organizing, follow-up, problem solving, negotiating, and presentations.

In April 2001, Charlie established Freedom American Mortgage.  For four years prior he managed and partnered in Heritage Mortgage, originating over $25 million a year. Prior to Heritage Mortgage, he launched the outside sales for residential lending with Bank of America, where he established the "Elite 25" club for the top 25 Realtors in the Albuquerque market, and served as vice president of the New Mexico Mortgage Brokers' Association.
